I draw from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. We will work together to find what works best for you. My focus I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety and low self-esteem, who are always worried, stressed, and overthinking things. Feeling so overwhelmed it feels like you are mentally stuck or emotionally frozen. You will be strengthened through the implementation of a collaborative approach, agreement on goals, demonstration of empathy, and positive regard. We will set realistic and attainable goals, so together we can design an appropriate treatment plan tailored to your needs. My communication style My approach centers on open, honest communication and creating a safe, non-judgmental space. I engage in active listening and offer thoughtful support, encouraging reflection and personal growth through an empathetic and collaborative relationship. My journey to mental healthcare I've been there, feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, and feeling like I was not good enough. I don't want anyone to feel stuck in that space.
