About Me Sometimes life can be overwhelming, and people just need a little help by talking to someone about the challenges they face. I believe it is important to have a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental environment. I will walk alongside you, as we work collaboratively to develop a path to find healing and personal growth while moving forward to your goals and dreams. I am a Christian and I am open to incorporating your faith into the therapy process if you choose to do so. Experience My professional experience has helped people with issues related to anxiety, depression, crisis, trauma, PTSD, sexual abuse, physical violence, personal development, and financial growth. I am trained in EMDR, which is a type of therapy that is helpful with processing emotions and past traumas.
