Throughout our therapeutic journey, I will be right there with you, challenging you to make changes and avoid areas in your life that don’t align with your goals. With almost a decade of experience in the therapy field, I have worked with numerous community mental health agencies. I find immense satisfaction in helping those deeply affected by their mental health issues. It brings me joy to see my clients find success, build healthier support systems, and continue to thrive. I served in the United States Navy from 2005 to 2011, and my focus is on giving back to those who have served. The transition to civilian life is not easy and can be a struggle for many years. I am here to support veterans and military personnel as they navigate these challenges. I specialize in a range of areas including ADHD, adolescent and teen mental and behavioral health, anger management, anxiety, depression, family and intimate relationships, life transitions, PTSD, spirituality, stress, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer remote sessions. If you’re ready to take the next step towards a healthier, more fulfilling life, I’m here to help.
