Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and I have four years of experience working in a public school setting providing psychotherapy to students on elementary and secondary campuses. I have also worked with adults in contracted and treatment center positions for two years. I earned my MS in Counseling from Texas A&M University-Commerce after receiving my BS in Psychology from Southern Nazarene University. I have worked with clients to help manage anxiety and depression, navigate grief and major life adjustments, and cope with trauma. My counseling style is gentle, open, and accepting. My goal is to create a safe space for my clients to grow and heal. I believe a good therapeutic relationship is built with trust and authenticity. My approach is client-centered, and I have experience and training in offering play therapy (including activity and sand tray therapy) and talk therapy. I will work alongside each client to identify and master unique and specific goals. I am so honored to be on this journey with you!
