My role is to partner with you as you navigate life’s complexities—offering a space where you can feel safe, uncensored, and empowered to explore your experiences and emotions at your own pace.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We begin by getting to know your story, identifying your goals, and understanding what you hope to gain from counseling. From there, we collaborate to create a plan tailored to your needs, using evidence-based techniques and approaches that fit you best. Throughout our work together, we check in on progress, adjust strategies as needed, and focus on helping you build the tools, insight, and confidence needed to achieve lasting, meaningful change.
