Hello, I'm Tailynn, a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). Just by looking into therapy, you're already taking a huge step forward, and I'd love to help you blossom from here! My background is in hospice care, where I learned to hold space for some of life's most intense emotions. That experience sparked a real passion in me for supporting people through grief, depression, and anxiety. While those are areas I know well, I'm always open to exploring whatever's on your mind, and I look forward to working together to bring more ease into your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me feels like a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I am a very holistic person and I love learning and exploring all walks of life. With that, I also take humility very seriously. My theoretical lens is Person-In-Environment, rooted in the idea that our environment continuously influences us, often without our awareness. I also enjoy using an integrative modality approach with my clients because as we all know, one size doesn't fit all. I want my clients to know that working with me means never having to be afraid of judgement. I want this to be a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I pride myself on being extremely empathetic and open minded. My hope is that you leave our work together feeling more connected to yourself and equipped to navigate whatever comes next.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When we first start therapy, there's usually a lot of questions as we work on building our relationship, but from there, sessions settle into something more personalized. Talk therapy is a big part of how I work, and I want to hear whatever you feel ready to share. It's completely normal to feel a little nervous starting out, and that's something we can talk through together too. I love approaching therapy as a team, especially when it comes to building your treatment plan together, and I welcome revisiting that plan as your needs shift over time. Open, honest communication is the foundation for our success, and I'm here to help guide you toward the future you're hoping for.
