What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is trauma-informed, which means we move at your pace and work to prioritize your sense of safety and support needs. I am a firm believer that all individuals deserve access to the care they need and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect by those who provide it. My therapeutic approach pulls from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I started in the social work field doing mental health crisis intervention and have several years of experience doing individual therapy with adults and family therapy through the lens of teens.

I believe healing happens in connection through feeling seen, heard, and understood. Whether navigating anxiety, low moods, past trauma, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck, we'll work together to help you reconnect with yourself and build the life you want.
