We're all affected by our experiences and environments in one way or another, some of which have long-lasting impacts on our well-being. Confronting personal challenges takes courage and vulnerability, so it's important you feel comfortable with and trust your therapist. I earned my Master's in Social Welfare from the University of California, Los Angeles, and hold a Bachelor's degree from California Polytechnic State University. My goal is to help you process your experiences so you can recognize and overcome the obstacles standing in the way of living a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. Together, we'll empower you to proactively tackle your challenges by developing self-awareness and coping techniques. I specialize in helping individuals and couples work through substance abuse and addiction, anxiety and stress, depression, and challenges associated with parenting, interpersonal, and romantic relationships.
