I’m an EMDR Certified therapist and board certified art therapist who’s ready to jump in and help you reach your goals. My approach is active, collaborative, and designed to help you feel more connected to yourself and in control of your life. I’m not a traditional talk therapist, our sessions are interactive, thought-provoking, and focused on helping you move from just surviving to truly thriving.Therapy with me is a space where you can feel understood, supported, and encouraged to explore new perspectives. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. I have spent the last 3 years in a higher level of care, working with complex trauma, mood disorders, eating disorders, self-harm and suicidality.
