With experience working with clients aged 3 to 103, I specialize in a wide range of areas, including addiction, dementia, anger management, anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum support, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, children's mental and behavioral health, depression, dissociative disorders, family relationships, gender identity, grief and bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, medical issues and physical health, military and veteran support, multicultural and diversity issues, narcissistic personality disorder, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), PTSD, intimate and romantic relationships, sex and intimacy issues, somatic symptom disorder, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming, and trauma.
