My specialty is complex trauma linked to PTSD, which often results in trouble maintaining relationships, emotional regulation issues, and confusion over identity. This greatly impacts daily functioning and peace of mind. If you relate to this, I'm here to help. My therapy approach incorporates the spirit, mind, and body, with faith as an option. I aim to establish trust and offer personalized care for women, men and 16-18-year-olds.
I hold a master's degree in social work from the University of Denver and have additional certification in faith-based coaching. I have worked in diverse medical and mental health settings, providing me with a deep understanding of clients' challenges. My personal therapy experience influences my approach and helps me connect with clients empathetically.
