Hi there, I'm Tamara! An untraditional, unorthodox delight that you didn't know existed in the world of therapy. I assure you, I might be different, but I am effective... If you let me be. My approach I offer informed, evidence-based, and compassionate care rooted in acceptance, open-mindedness, and the wisdom gained from both clinical training and personal experience. I am an integrative, interactive, and eclectic therapist who takes a firm Jungian approach to therapy, believing that to truly support a person in their healing, we must be willing to navigate their shadows alongside them. It’s through this deep, sometimes uncomfortable work that genuine growth and light are found. I am a therapist who isn’t afraid to jump into the hole with you and help pull you out, because I believe you belong on the earth’s surface with everyone else. Your success matters to me, but only if it matters to you too. If you’ve ever felt like you didn’t belong in traditional therapy spaces, you’ll find a different experience with me. Everything I do is based on a solution-focused framework, and traditional modalities are readily available; however, don't be shy to ask about the unique services that can be integrated into your psychotherapeutic experience. I also enjoy serving the transgender community, something that has come rather naturally to me. As a Spiritualist, I am honored to serve the Spiritualist, Polytheistic, Non-Abrahamic, etc. (Pagan, Wicca, Buddhist, Hindu, etc.) beliefs.
