Hello. I am Tammy. I recently retired from school counseling. As a counselor in public schools, I have experience with children ages 5-12. Although I have worked with children in schools for 29 years and they are near and dear to my heart, I welcome the chance to also counsel adults in private practice. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas, San Antonio. Throughout the years, I have noticed that the counselor-client relationship of trust and support favorably contributes to success. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy to guide our collaboration on goals and tasks that will facilitate growth and help you reach those goals. I look forward to working together!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
