This space was created with the intention of offering therapy that centers understanding, collaboration, and lived experience. Throughout my work in outpatient settings, I often noticed that care focused on stabilization without always allowing space to slow down, build relationships, and fully explore what people had been through. I wanted to create a practice that allowed for deeper connection and more thoughtful, creative ways of supporting clients. As a therapist, I’m especially mindful of how important it is to feel seen, heard, and understood in the therapy space. My goal has been to create an environment where clients feel comfortable guiding the work, exploring all parts of themselves, and making sense of their experiences without feeling boxed in or rushed toward change. At Intuitive Pathways, the work is grounded in the belief that people are adaptive, not broken, and that understanding the past does not mean being defined by it. Therapy here is collaborative, paced with intention, and shaped by what feels most meaningful to explore together.
