My approach is warm, supportive, and solution-focused. With teens, I emphasize empowerment and emotional expression, helping them recognize that their voice matters. With adults, I focus on insight, emotional regulation, and building practical tools for navigating everyday life, relationships, and internal struggles. I view therapy as a team effort, and I partner with clients at every step to ensure they feel seen, supported, and involved in their grow
