What should a new client know about working with you?

"After the first session, you can expect to leave knowing you were heard, validated, and supported. You will also leave with a plan. Being listened to, exploring history, and developing the next small step will provide clarity. Clarity will allow you to obtain a sense of hope which will fill you with joy and peace knowing you are on your way. After we have worked together for a while you will gain an understanding of yourself, your history, and learn thinking strategies. Many of us have experienced painful histories, but with the right care and work true healing is possible. Life will never be painless and perfect, however, I believe you will leave our sessions and time together with a newfound peace and confidence to handle all life’s challenges. "

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
