Psychotherapist

Spring is often associated with renewal and growth. It can be a meaningful time to begin or continue your mental health journey. Just as change in nature happens gradually, personal growth also unfolds at its own pace. Therapy is space to support you in exploring where you are now, identifying what you need, and working toward meaningful change-one step at a time. I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), and I've spent my career helping adults navigate the ups and downs life throws our way. After several years working in Social Services and Mental Health, I returned to school as a non-traditional student to pursue my master's in social work. For the past decade, I've served as both a Clinical Supervisor and Therapist, supporting adults as they work toward meaningful mental health recovery and long-term wellbeing. I help you make a plan that fits your style and is an investment in life-long benefits. I enjoy helping people recognize their own strengths and weaknesses. I encourage hope through skill building and reducing negative symptoms. Searching for a therapist is a huge and brave first step, and I'm genuinely glad you're here. You deserve support, validation, and a space that helps you move toward the life you want. Please reach out to me, or book a session on my website, so that we can work together to build a life worth living for you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
