As a Licensed Professional Counselor; my goal is to support individuals navigate through their mental health concerns. Over the past five years; I have specialized working with mental health; domestic violence and clients experiencing grief; and has had training with IFS; DBT; and EMDR. I enjoy being a support to others and want to be able to encouraged clients to feel validated to where they began to explore their thoughts and feelings openly. Mental health is a hard thing to discuss; and a main goal is to be available. I look forward to connecting to others on their Journey Towards Healing.
