What should a new client know about working with you?

I like to spend at least three to four sessions getting to know you. During this time, I would like you to identify your core beliefs, strengths and weaknesses. This means you will have to put in the work to get the results you want. I provide homework assignments as needed and/or preferred by you the client.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical first session consists of gathering information about you and your presenting issue. Once this information is gathered, you will identify your goals.
