Hello, I'm Tammara. Have you been struggling to manage the storms that life can throw you? I can be the calm, the support, in the midst of the storm. Together we can navigate and manage the storms. I graduated from Indiana University School of Social Work with a Master's Degree in Social Work in 2015. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Currently, I hold a full-time position as an outpatient therapist, and I have provided therapy for individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, PTSD, depression, mood disorders, and anxiety. My experience spans various settings, including community-based services, working as a school social worker, and in a residential treatment facility. Before becoming a therapist, I dedicated 15 years to social services. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My specialties include ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, depression, family relationships, phobias, PTSD, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, trauma, anger management, and anxiety. I only have availability for video sessions during the evening (Monday to Thursday). It would be my pleasure to use my experiences and education to help calm the storms of life.
