On this journey she has achieved a master’s level of knowledge and education. In 2016 she received an MA degree in Counseling Psychology with certificates in Trauma Studies and in Addiction Studies, from Rosemont College, in Pennsylvania. Understand, she is not on this journey alone. Tammi receives support from members in her village. Her village includes family, friends, neighbors, and the church. It includes colleagues, co-workers, doctors, therapists, and a relationship with her God. She has learned and grown so much that she wants to connect with you. Let me give you an example; Her Pastor, Reverend, Dr., Alyn E Waller, taught her that “We are born pregnant with possibilities.” Her best friend, Dr. Connie Moreland shared with her that “It is okay to not be okay.” Simple statements but very empowering. She learned through formal education how to tap into her possibilities, and how to be okay when she is not okay. She would love to share what she has learned with you. As we journey through life, we encounter situations and/or are the initiator of situations that can be so damaging, that it disrupts the chemical flow and brain chemistry. This pattern of disruption impacts our growth, and can manifest as Addiction, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and many other mental health disorders. Using modalities such as Mindfulness and CBT makes it possible to learn new skills, strategies, and techniques, which will empower you and promote your ability to grow. Include Tammi on your journey to collaboratively improve the quality of your life.
