I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Houston and a Master's in Public Health from Texas A&M University, along with a Bachelor's degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. As a licensed social worker, I utilize a solution-focused approach along with cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapeutic techniques to uncover, process, and assist my clients in managing unwanted symptoms that are keeping them from realizing their personal goals in life.
