I am also trained in working with older adults and have a master’s degree in gerontology. I am passionate about making mental health care accessible and ensuring everyone receives the support they deserve. I help clients identify and reshape negative thought patterns that influence behaviors, empowering them to build healthier coping mechanisms and perspectives. The person-centered foundation ensures that clients are always in control of their journey, feeling supported, and valued without judgment. My counseling philosophy is rooted in empathy, respect, and the belief that each individual has an innate capacity for growth.
