My approach In therapy together, we will use cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy involves exploring thought patterns that have developed over the years and have become unhelpful to us. I will help guide you in this process, with you leading the way. After all, you know your story best! My focus I offer counseling to adults struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, self-esteem issues, and general life transitions through a strength-based approach using cognitive behavioral therapy techniques (in other words, learning how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected) and person-centered therapy. You will be met with empathy, unconditional positive regard, and a whole lot of grace!
