If you have struggled with traditional talk therapies and feel like they haven't always met your needs, then you are in the right spot. I use several different evidence-based modalities to help reset your nervous system and update the way your mind has been processing information, clearing out trauma or lingering emotions that have been stuck. I believe we all have had those times where we ask ourselves, "Why can't I just get myself to start or stop doing (______)?"—fill in the blank. It is because where we are conscious of things is not where things are being caused. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and Applied Psychology from Troy University, which supports my approach to helping you develop skills and understand yourself in a way that moves you toward the behavior you desire. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
