Hello! I'm Tammy, and I'm so glad you're here. Originally from Memphis, TN, I made my way to Missouri for school and have since made it my home. My journey in mental health has taken me through various state facilities and not-for-profit agencies, each experience enriching my ability to support clients in meaningful ways. These roles, combined with my education, have equipped me to work clinically with those who seek that approach, but I also offer a more personalized touch through my private practice. This practice allows me to focus on you, rather than paperwork, and be present in a unique and supportive manner.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a trauma certification, and I utilize several therapeutic modalities to best meet your needs. My specialties include Anger Management, Anxiety, ADHD, Children's and Adolescent mental/behavioral health, Depression, Developmental disabilities, Family relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, Spirituality, Stress, and Trauma. I have had the privilege of working with clients facing a wide range of life challenges, and I am grateful for the opportunity to apply diverse counseling techniques to help you navigate your journey.
