I am a licensed clinical social worker with fifteen years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University in Farmington. Before my mental health career, I was a first-grade teacher, which has given me valuable insight into family dynamics. I later worked at a local hospital supporting multiple clinics and serving in the acute behavioral health department. This diverse experience has allowed me to grow as a therapist while working with clients across all ages. My therapeutic approach focuses on providing support and intentional feedback to help clients effectively navigate personal life changes.
