My therapeutic approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral, acceptance & commitment, mindfulness, solution-focused, and exposure response prevention therapies. I hold a Master's in Community Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree from Southern New Hampshire University, which have both shaped my commitment to providing effective, compassionate care.

I believe that therapy should be tailored to a person's individual needs, values, and goals and that change happens when people are given the support they need to draw on their own strengths and ideas.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In therapy sessions with me, one can expect to be treated with respect, feel supported, heard, and validated. I offer education on effective coping strategies that can be practiced between sessions.
