Great to meet you! My name is Tammy. I'm a licensed mental health counselor specializing in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety disorders. Most of my family, including myself, have suffered from OCD, social, illness, and general anxieties. As a result of my own transformative personal growth and observing significant change in others, I have a strong belief in the life-changing power of counseling. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support my clients effectively.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In therapy sessions with me, you can expect to be treated with respect, feel supported and validated, and educated on effective coping strategies to practice between sessions. Through our work together, we will strive to gain a deeper understanding and skills to help you reach your therapeutic goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
