I specialize in working with women and teenage young adults. Are you looking for relief from feelings of depression, anxiety, self-criticism about body image, internal religious conflict or social isolation? I can help. I am a passionate clinician, devoted to connecting with my clients, and helping them navigate the various challenges that brought them to therapy. I provide a therapy space of radical openness, curiosity, and zero judgement.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer low-cost therapy over zoom and accept medicaid. I am committed to making therapy accessible to clients. I meet my clients where they are and work them to develop insight and harness the skills necessary to better cope with the obstacles in their lives. I have personal and clinical insight into working with religious women from all backgrounds, as well as women without religious affiliation. I believe that through therapy clients can be the authors of their own story, and that they can develop the insight, skills, and tools needed to find relief. I am diligent about responding to all requests for therapy. Don’t hesitate to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you, and working toward your goals.
