Are you the survivor of trauma but are having difficulty moving forward due to continuing symptoms? Are you struggling with substance abuse difficulties and would like to stop but find it challenging? I want you to know there is hope! Everyone has the capacity for healing and to make the changes they desire. Inherent in each person, couple, relationship and family is the ability to ‘live life better’ and understanding ‘what makes you tick’ is key. SPECIALTIES 1.) I specialize in working with individuals (women, men or teens) who are experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, lack of motivation in life and other life or mental health difficulties. 2.) I specialize in working with survivors of trauma using a specialized neuroscience based therapy called EMDR or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. 3.) I specialize in marriage, couple, relationship and family issues and assist those who are experiencing relational difficulties. 4.) I specialize and providing motivational and personal empowerment therapy.

SAFE AND COMPASSIONATE THERAPY My goal as a psychotherapist is to work hand in hand with you, whether it requires working through the past, being mindful of the present or preparing for the future so that you can process and develop the life you desire. I provide a safe and compassionate place where counseling clients near Santa Rosa Beach and the surrounding areas receive encouragement and support as they navigate the challenges of life.
