I also don’t believe in cold, clinical therapy that disconnects you from your humanity. We build something real together. Real healing goes deeper. My focus I specialize in working with people navigating: 1. Boundary challenges + people-pleasing 2. High-functioning anxiety + chronic overwhelm 3. Grief, loss, and life transitions 4. Perinatal and postpartum emotional health 5. Identity shifts, cultural disconnection, and decolonizing self-healing 6. Trauma held in the body: feeling stuck, shut down, or My communication style Expect honesty, warmth, depth, laughter, and accountability. I will not try to “fix” you; I will help you find your way back to yourself. You are the expert of your life. I have a diverse background that is rooted in a search for identity and place. From attending film school, B. A in Asian Studies, and a Master's in Social Work and Education, systems and integration is the framework for how I relate to my clients. My goals for you My work integrates somatic therapy, attachment-focused healing, relational neuroscience, and anti-oppressive practice. My clinical lens is grounded, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and deeply human. Healing does not happen in isolation. We are shaped in relationship, and we heal in relationship.
