I do not prescribe medications. I specialize in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together, we will work and unlock the tools you need to work through these difficult times. Additionally, I will assist you in addressing and processing traumas or distressing memories to reduce their emotional impact.
