“In 2021, after the unanticipated death of my Mother I experienced severe depression and anxiety. I had lost myself and contemplated suicide. For 2 years I sought help through a variety of professionals. This included group therapy and counselors provided through my health care provider (Kaiser Permanente Medical Group), and private practitioners paid for out of pocket. Fortunately, 1 ½ years ago my psychologist from Kaiser referred me to Grow Therapy. From the Grow Therapy’s website it was easy to access a plethora of support providers that could address my mental health needs. Why Tanisha Bradford? The first thing that drew my attention to Ms. Bradford was her photograph. It conveyed confidence, integrity, compassion, and professionalism. Secondly, her introduction was brief and to the point, absent the mental health buzz words so prevalent in other practitioner’s write ups which appeared to be cut and pasted from professional websites to puff up their resume. This convinced me that Ms. Bradford was genuine and would outshine others in her profession. In working with Ms. Bradford these last 1 ½ years I have found all my first impressions to be accurate. She has been vested in my process. She values my personal opinions on which strategies work best for me. She listens without judgment. She provides thoughtful questions and resources while still being empathetic throughout the entire process. Through this she helped me with the loss of my mother, helped me to accept the need for my medication, assisted me in reflecting on my resilience, challenged my negative feelings about myself, and aided me in repairing the relationships that had suffered due to my debilitating mental situation. We have gone through this therapy together and she has helped me get my life back. I believe Tanisha Bradford is an outstanding ambassador for Grow Therapy and I feel fortunate to have had someone of her caliber available to work with me. I thank your organization and Ms. Bradford. ”

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
