What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in supporting parents and caregivers of children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 5-21) with anxiety (OCD, Separation etc.) and/or autism. I offer Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) parent training, a parent-centered approach that helps caregivers learn practical, supportive ways to reduce their child's symptoms—without requiring the child or young adult to attend sessions. Parents often meet treatment goals with 8-12 60-minute sessions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Coaching sessions begin with education about how anxiety and autism impact family systems to validate your experiences. Next, I work with parents to understand their parenting preferences and their child's unique set of symptoms. We collaboratively develop targeted goals each session and implement new strategies in increments until we reach goals around symptom reduction, which typically occurs in 8-12 sessions.
