Getting to know Tanya Dvorchak

In therapy, I see it as a collaborative approach with the patient sharing their issues as they see it and I engage them in meaningful conversations to learn more about not only their issues but also how they have been dealing with those stressors over time. We work together to develop a working relationship that identifies goals and discusses what the patient feels is a "win" in therapy by determining their desired outcome in this process. My approach in therapy is to give my patients a safe space to express themselves so we can work through the difficult spaces in their lives.
