I am a practicing counselor with 20 years of experience working with and providing counseling to children; adolescents and adults. My primary focus in providing care is using trauma informed; evidenced based practices that help my clients regain their sense of control over their lives and their thoughts. My work is based on humanism; cognitive behavioral therapy and existential theory.
