Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State with 22 years of experience and a Master's in Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work. I provide individual and family therapy in home, community, and office-based settings, as well as through telehealth. What should a new client know about working with you?

The therapy room is a place for us to move through challenges and joy together. A place to meet wherever you may be on life’s path and to rise toward your chosen goals. This is a place for you to be met with compassion, hope, and experience within mental/ emotional health, as well as a setting of non- judgment and healing. I have experience with Attachment, Self- Regulation, and Competency; mindfulness; strengths- based care; Motivational Interviewing; narrative therapy; CBT; and play therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During your first session, we will to get to know one another and explore your goals and hopes for our path ahead! I work from a trauma- informed, strengths- based, mindful, and person- centered perspective. I hold the belief that life’s stressors can impact the well- being of the whole person, and there are ways to find meaning, overcome, and thrive. Providing individual and family therapy with children, adolescents, and adults, currently through telehealth. I really look forward to meeting you!
