Many people have commented on how much they appreciate my calm and non-threatening approach to counseling. Tracey's counseling methodology is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), but she also uses other approaches to meet individuals' needs, including mindfulness and stress reduction techniques. Her goal is to help you develop positive coping skills that will support you in your daily life. Tracey earned her Bachelor's degree and Master's in Social Work from the University of Houston. She is currently working under the license and direction of Tara Bates, LCSW-S.
