I am a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist in Boca Raton, Florida where I maintain a private practice. I treat my clients as whole human beings and speak to them from my soul. This authentic approach allows clients to feel the safety and security needed to make the therapeutic changes that they so desire. My field training was done in a multi modal treatment center in Los Angeles, CA which taught me to pride myself on the connection and this value is embedded in the work that I do with my clients. I see individuals, couples, families and groups. I specialize in high functioning individuals and couples that struggle with anxiety, relational issues, depression, and self-worth.
I place great value on my therapeutic approach that I describes as " a supportive environment that will in turn provide my clients with the ability to make effective change and overcome personal life challenges. I offer a personalized approach to each client with emphasis on compassion and empathy." I studied Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Antioch University in Los Angeles, CA. I have extensive experience working in the field of dual diagnosis and addiction. My speciality is working with women and their issues. I also facilitate Woman support groups.
