Getting to know Tara Bond

Emotions can be overwhelming especially when coupled with difficult memories from the past. Along with poor sleep, brain fog, and no energy, it can seem impossible to cope. Many people struggle with these symptoms whether it’s from depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, or difficult life transitions. Life can be hard and we all need help sometimes. I'm here to help you learn how to cope with it all.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have been treating adults with trauma, depression and anxiety for over 11 years. I bring to our sessions the training and experiences I received working at the Veteran's Health Administration for 8 years. My humor and down-to-earth attitude help me to provide a non-judgmental, safe space for you to heal and move forward towards your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Many of my patients would tell you that in addition to reducing their symptoms, they developed the confidence and courage to face whatever struggles they are dealing with now and in the future.
