Tara Bryant, LMHC

Tara Bryant, LMHC

Psychotherapist
FL
I use an integrative approach, looking at the person as a whole—not just the emotional aspect. People are complex, and our problems cannot always be compartmentalized or fit into a box. The main modalities I use and find to be successful are CBT, mindfulness-based CBT, and solution-focused therapies. Whether it is a life transition or an ongoing problem, we will work through it together in a safe space with a personalized approach. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with many years of experience working with adults of all ages from all walks of life. I have worked in inpatient settings, medical/psychiatric dual units, primary care offices, and managed care organizations. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and hold a Bachelor’s degree from Wayne State College.
