Through my years of experience holding space for heavy emotions, I most enjoy supporting clients as they navigate issues with identity, boundaries, grief, and relationship patterns. My background in Mobile Crisis Response has taught me to listen closely to what people are saying and what may be harder to name, and to help others think through options that feel both emotionally right and realistically doable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In working with me, clients feel seen as a whole person, rather than defined by a diagnosis or a single chapter of their life. I help my clients slow things down, untangle what they’re feeling, and reconnect with themselves, while offering practical tools to make sense of their experiences and build helpful skills. As a therapist, I am genuine, approachable, and value humor as a form of medicine. We all share a core desire to feel safe, supported, and able to live a healthy, meaningful life.
