I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a licensed psychotherapist with a counseling group practice that integrates mental health with physical, emotional, and financial wellness. Combining traditional therapy with practices like yoga, EMDR, CBT, DBT, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle support, we help clients reconnect with themselves and create lasting balance in all areas of life. Our practice is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. My approach Our practice takes a holistic approach to therapy and incorporates psychoeducation on physical, nutritional, and financial wellness, sleep hygiene, etc., and the impact on mental health. It is important to meet clients where they are at currently with their mental health struggles, and breathwork, yoga, and meditation are integrated into sessions when appropriate. Many of our therapists are trained and have experience in EMDR and CBT, as well as various other evidence-based modalities to support clients in reaching their goals toward mental wellness. My focus Our practice is dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan — from children as young as 5 to older adults — who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, and substance use challenges. Whether you're a young person struggling to express big emotions, an adult feeling overwhelmed by life transitions, or an older adult processing loss or past trauma, our therapists offer a compassionate, tailored approach to help you find healing and strength. Using evidence-based therapies, including CBT & EMDR and holistic wellness practices, I meet clients where they are and walk with them toward greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being.
