My name is Tara Donald, I founded Spring Anew Therapy after 10 years of having the pleasure of helping people within the therapeutic space. It is one of my life’s purposes to guide others in their journeys for growth and finding peace and joy in their lives. Whether you are searching for therapy for yourself or for your child, you will be met with acceptance and support. When not at work, you can find me taking nature walks with my husband and son, watching movies, traveling, and doing arts and crafts.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Illinois at Chicago. Throughout my career I’ve had the privilege of helping children, teens, and adults within residential and outpatient settings. I work with individuals ages 5+ who are experiencing challenges with mood disorders, ADHD, attachment issues, parenting challenges, relationship issues, oppositional defiance, self-esteem, and life stressors.
