Trauma doesn't have to hold you captive. You can break free from childhood trauma and trauma caused by stressful life experiences. I have special experience working with professional women who have endured narcissistic abuse and unhealthy relationships. I also love working with clients who want to uplevel their careers and make major life changes. I believe every person deserves a life filled with joy and purpose. My ultimate goal is for you to heal, create, and enjoy your life. I believe that depression, anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, and people-pleasing are often signs of past trauma that may still be lingering. I say, “Restoring your confidence is key to restoring your gifts, light, and life.” Creating new standards in relationships, adopting soulful self-care habits, and identifying unhealthy people are essential steps to welcoming healthy relationships. I believe every woman is capable of having fun, loving relationships even after experiencing bad ones. I say, “They just have to learn the skills of what to look for and heal their past pain.” I experienced my own beautiful relationship story after being a single mom for 10 years. I believe in using a variety of tools to help my clients move to their next best level. I have been helping clients live successful, full lives for over 10 years in the mental health field. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Mercer University in Atlanta. When I'm not working, you can find me doing DIY projects around the house and hanging out with my family.
