What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach blends EMDR, narrative therapy, ACT, and CBT, rooted in antiracist, feminist, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA2S+ affirming care. I hold certification in LGBT-informed CBT from Yale, a Trauma-Informed Practice certificate, and my MSW from Case Western Reserve University, along with specialized training in trauma-focused EMDR.
