What matters most to me is that they are ready and willing to do the work needed to navigate their challenges and improve themselves. My ideal client is open to talking and exploring different angles of their struggles and is willing to express what is working and what isn't so we can find tailored treatment and continue to make progress. I will help my clients use their strengths to conquer ongoing battles. Together, we can explore the functions of maladaptive behavior and identify reinforcements that encourage more positive replacement behaviors. Regular check-ins are important to ensure the treatment is effective and meeting your needs. As your counselor, I will individualize your sessions based on your unique needs and goals. We will work together as a team to accomplish what you want to get out of therapy. I hold a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree from William Paterson University.
