What should a new client know about working with you?

To best meet each clients’ needs, I use an integrative approach to counseling, incorporating techniques from various approaches and theories. Together, my clients and I focus on their strengths and successes in addition to the things they would like to improve on. I take time to get to know my clients and what is valuable and important to them. I encourage them to build their insight and challenge unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to move forward in their lives and relationships.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have experience working with all ages, but have a passion for working with adults, young adults, teens, and children. Outside of sessions, you can find me spending time with my husband, our two children, and our dog. I love to learn, do crafts, and tune into my creative side. I am offering virtual sessions only at this time, but plan to be back in person in the summer!
