What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy should be a space where all parts of you are welcome, especially the ones that have been overlooked, silenced, or wounded. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, which means I honor your experiences without judgment and prioritize safety, trust, and empowerment in every interaction

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe that therapy is most effective when it is flexible and responsive to your feedback, which is why I prioritize open communication throughout the therapeutic process. I am passionate about my work because I come from a military family, where I’ve seen firsthand the diverse challenges that individuals from all walks of life face.
